Peterson's Family Dental

My apologies for previous bad review about claims submission. Blue Cross dental had me convinced that Peterson was not submitting my claim properly, until I read "Dropped call with Customer Service? It was on purpose" C. Colin of The Atlantic. The day I angrily told BC that the problem was Them, not Peterson that I would, in one week pursue other actions including suing for not just my claim, but all the distress this was causing, miraculously (after 7 submissions over 6 months ) my claim was finally processed!

I broke my partial over the weekend. I called Monday and was able to in within 2 hours! Figuring for sure I would need a new one, Dr. Steve was able to repair it and saved me a lot of $! The staff as always was amazing! My greatest appreciation to this practice! I thank you!❤️

Dr. Peterson-excellent dentist and great neighbor. Dr. Peterson took over the old bank location and I have known him for decades. He is an excellent business partner and their practice has grown, deservedly so. Although at the time he did not take my plan, and I don't have one at present, he and his staff do themselves proud. It is always a delight to see them arrive (next to my house) early am and they stay all day-even when they are off they are doing extra in the office. The Dr. also a gardener always nice plants and produce and he and his family are constantly maintaining the landscape and add beauty to the site. I would send any and all to Peterson Dental and never a let down. Very nice to know you and have you next door. Excellent dentist, very personable.

Jessica and her father Stephen are the best. I have a fear of dentist due to some childhood anxiety. They have made me feel so comfortable and calm. All the technicians there are understanding and supportive. In the past I would get so nervous that I would skip dental appointments. Simply not showing up because my anxiety would get out of control on my way. Then I’d be so humiliated that I would not call to reschedule or even explain. I’d go several years before finding another dentist and starting this cycle again. Because of Peterson’s patients and time. They helped me discover what I was afraid of. I’ve been going here for years now and have never missed an appointment. I feel better about my smile and my overall health. Thank you Peterson’s Family Dental!

I saw Dr. Peterson, the male dentist. He is very kind and gentle. My son used to see Dr. Peterson, the female dentist. She works with kids a lot and she was excellent with my son. He really liked seeing her. It's just an excellent dental practice!!!
