If I could left no stars I would have. I'm on my way home after not being seen at your hospital. I drove an hour to receive the same high quality care I received years ago. Hoping someone would actually see me and believe. I have had continued lower back pain for over a year. Today my legs were weak, numb, and in pain. I also started having significant pain in my inner thighs and groin today. Im struggling to walk. Your triage staff clearly didn't see me or believe me. They clearly thought I was there for pain meds. How about yall start taking everyone's blood at the door and test it before you judge and write people off that truly need care as drug seekers.
Our pediatrician sent us to a pediatric ER of choice. Obviously we went to STV Pediatric ER as they were born at the women’s hospital and were met with nothing but compassion and love. Our nurses were amazing. Our daughter was nervous enough to go let alone be poked on. They were great at easing that anxiety. Daughter was fine but they didn’t make us feel crazy for going there and in fact welcomed it in the future. (Emergencies) and we will! Thank you SO much for being caring even though you have rough rough days. Thank you for being loving even when you see and experience horrific things. Can’t say thank you enough!
The place is very nice and clean. I took my daughter there because she fell on the ground while running and hit the wall and suffered a deep cut on her forehead above her right eye which caused blood to come out. I waited outside for a while while my daughter’s turn came. We went in. The nurse saw her and then the doctor gave her a topical numbing gel. She said it would take 30 minutes. She went and didn’t come back. I waited an hour and a half and she didn’t come back. I went outside and waited for the nurse and talked to her about the delay and that my daughter had waited a long time and she had school tomorrow. She was nice and said okay I will take two minutes. Another doctor came to the surgery room. She stitched the wound and finished. She told me to wait five minutes so I can get he
Haley the RN was wonderful she took great care of my daughter. Corey the ultrasound tech was great. everyone was so nice 10/10 experience
I’m very upset about something that happened during my visit. The nurse who took care of us was very nice, but I accidentally left my laptop charger in the room. When I came back for it, I was told it wasn’t there—not even in lost and found. That doesn’t make sense. Patients’ and parents’ belongings should never just “disappear.” I know nurses don’t clean the rooms(they said she’s the one that cleaned the room), and even cleaning staff are supposed to turn in anything they find. If this had been my actual laptop with all my documents, it would have been a disaster. Families should feel safe that their belongings are handled properly, and I don’t feel that way right now. I can’t even do my homework now I know they just didn’t want to look for it
