Peñate Medical Center (Cutler Bay)

One of the worst places I've ever taken my grandma there's hardly ever even a doctor on site they forget to send you transportation most of the staff is incompetent most of the staff doesn't speak English this place is the worst.

This medical center on clutter bay it is brand new remodelated , doctor's and medical staff are very nice and friendly on the majority they are Cuban ,languages spoken mostly English and Spanish and the equipments are pretty well too.

"Don't judge a book by is cover" goes both ways, if you see the clinic it looks nice... but thats the only nice thing the building. The service is horrible, they take over 3 hours to take care of you even though you have an appointment. Took over 3 weeks to get the Dr to authorize my physical therapy order requested by my surgeon for my broken leg and when they finally approved it(after I told them I would switch clinics if not approved that day) they sent it to the wrong physical therapy office and the incorrect service was approved(everything was approved immediately when they had scheduled me to start the therapy at their office but when I refused and requested the therapy to be done at Cora Rehab they just took their time to approve) Muchos besos y abrazos pero pésimo el servicio. Dr. Rodríguez and the staff has changed the way I had always felt about joining a “clinica” medical center, within the first visit my husband and I were very happy with the professionalism and caring he show for us, he made sure to explained everything in details and our second visit with him, his concerned regarding my husband labs was greatly appreciated. ❤️

Worst clinic ever! They don't communicate or call back.i promise y'all Don't waste your time going to this place.
