Peñate has a great health service. My uncle is a patient there, he had a lot of health issues, hearing problems, vision problems, and they have been taking care of him as if he was family. Since he first got there he loved the place and the service. The best thing is that my family, we’ve all seen the improvement in his health in the period of Time that he is been in Peñate for. They have great doctors, the place itself it’s awesome. I am happy that my uncle is one of their patients

I had many problems at the beginning of starting with the medical group. But working with the lovely staff. Everything is resolved. Your treated as family. I'm happy with the service provided. As well as I have the option to say when I'm not happy. They are there for us.

Uber doesn't care about patients, they sometimes don't open doors for the patients.and someone at the clinic should be available to assist patients onto the vehicle assigned for their trip home.some people can hardly walk.much less get on or off the vehicle. Don't think an Uber driver carries an umbrella much less care if a person gets soaking wet. Y'all had the best of Miami drivers.and some receptionist's should learn better manners.

Honestly, -BAD cordination and management. They promise but never make it to you. For example: You request a doctor's appointment and take for ever to get back to you. If the patient needs a personal doctor visit at home they go every 4MONTHS. They don't offer urgent care. They don't work weekends. If u have an emergency there is no doctor on call.
