I don't even know where to begin. I called in an RX for a family member on a Friday and was on hold for over 7 minutes and was transferred to 3 different people just to fill and deliver one RX. This RX was nothing new or special, and for a pre-existing customer. They magically lost a credit card number which was supposed to be on file from the last time the RX was filled. And between Friday and Monday, they couldn't figure out where to send the RX, which has also never changed. And instead of calling me to confirm, I received a text message with no introduction or context (someone supposedly with Pharm406), telling me to call Pharm406 to confirm an address which hasn't changed. The text messages were unprofessional and odd. And having to speak to 3+ people to confirm the purchase of blood

I always get my flu and covid vaccine here! The staff are great..it's quick and painless! They also give you a free brew or mazevo gift card with your flu shot! It's a win win!

I've had CVS. I've had walgreens. And I've had walmart.Pharm 406 is the best pharmacy that I have had in the last 20 years. Great job

I was leery about having to switch pharmacies, but am glad I did!! Always kind & helpful, whether on the phone or in person. They have bailed me out more than nonce when I messed up and needed a rush on a prescription! The mail service is a Godsend!!! I’m happy to support this local business!!

Nescza provides us with the best pharmaceutical help and information we have EVER had. She really knows her stuff, I mean REALLY. She never runs out of patience with answering our unending questions. Furthermore, her service is professional, friendly and always courteous. It is such a treat (and RELIEF) to have her at the helm of structuring our critical medication requirements. We feel completely secure in her hands, and cannot say enough superlative things about Pharm 406 !
