This place has the best staff. Order before pick up and you’re in and out in 5 mins. If you don’t, maybe wait up to 45 mins max usually.
Long wait but staff is always nice
Staff is friendly but wait times are beyond terrible. Past few times I have been inside this location, it has been a hour wait.
Went to my opthamologist at KP woodland hills for severe ocular inflammation and pain related to arthritis. Asked for my prescriptions at simi valley KP pharmacy and they failed to give me one of the two prescriptions (eye drops). Kp didnt provide the drops to control pain. My follow up appointment after a week of pain, the Dr. Couldnt explain the mixup for something so simple.
usually its a breeze getting in and out phoned in pharmacy this morning was on hold for ten minutes. no brief pick say we will be with you shortly or anything.not right there is a thing called phone educate hello
