This place is HORRIBLE. Worst emergency room I’ve ever been to. Without getting too political, these NYC hospitals should take a play out of Florida’s playbook- or any other red state for that matter. When I arrived there was a homeless man in the waiting room covered in feces. When I asked what’s going on the receptionist said that the police just drop them off here. The hospital then calls the police and tells them they just drop them back off at the hospital anyway. The homeless man was not peaceful either. Besides that, the ER was loaded with people in tiny room with no order to anything. I cannot believe the people of NYC may think this is what hospitals should be like. It’s gets better folks- just look elsewhere!

One of the worst Emergency rooms I have ever been to. I am definitely pro-northwell but this is actually disgusting to its name. The place literally looks like if you walk in you might not make it out. There is a lack in patient care hospitality and the patients are literally crunched up in the waiting room, in pain!!!!, while staff are laying on keyboards, on there phones, laughing conversing. Are you kidding me??. This is yet the worst experience and something need to be done fast.

Horrible staff, terrible customer service!!! Literally everyone here is rude. The medical Assistants are so rough with the patients that it hurts. The doctors and all other staff members are just as rude and seem to hate their jobs. Very disappointed. I would rather stay home and suffer than come to a place like this where I would suffer more. Everytime i want to asked a question they responded to me as if I am uneducated. It seems as if people who work here only work for the money, and not to help people

This place is horrible!!!!! I basically laid on a gurney for over five hours. They did nothing medically except take my blood pressure. And even think about asking for anything. You'll either get your head chewed off or wait an hour for a cup of ice

Place was a mess. Patients everywhere. The intake nurse was frustrated and rude. I felt like I was back at Jamaica hospital.
