My daughter came in to see a doc for nasal congestion and sore throat. The service was amazing. All doctors are very knowledgeable at this clinic. This time we were attended to by Dr Ramirez who is very personable and has a very calm and pleasant manner, instantly putting patients to ease. Love the diagnosis and advice.
So very impressed by the staff at this facility…especially the PA (sadly, i didn’t get his name) and also especially Celia, the provider that took such care of me. She was warm and comforting and truly concerned for my health. I felt like it was my family taking care of me. I only wish i could have her as my regular doctor but she is only at Uricare - my loss. 😢
The staff here was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I typically visit the urgent care off of Hwy 9, but I had an emergency 30min - 1 hr till their close and they directed me here. I was grumpy I had to drive out of my way, but I’m so glad I did. The receptionist, med tech, and MD were extremely personable and caring & went above and beyond to help me out right before their close. I appreciate them so much and I will be coming here for any future urgent care appointments!
The wait was not long. Everyone was friendly and seemed to genuinely care! I particularly appreciate the doctor prescribing an antibiotic for just in case the prescribed regimine was not effective. That is an excellent idea which prevents people from having to return if the original regimine doesn't work.
This was a very frustrating experience. After my appointment, the nurse sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy, even though I confirmed the location to her more than once. And because I was quite ill, waiting for the next day was especially difficult. When I called piedmont urgent care the next morning, I was told that they will immediately resend it and that it had been corrected, yet hours later the pharmacy confirmed nothing had been received. I was furious at that point. What is most concerning was the lack of empathy and accountability. The clerk at the front desk offered no apology for the inconvenience and for her shortcomings which made me furious. I ultimately had to request a manager to resolve the issue.
