Inattentive at times rude staff. 10 hours in an uncomfortable chair no bed no toilet paper in the bathroom. This place is insane. I could have driven literally anywhere in a 100 mile radius and been diagnosed and discharged and back home in the time I've been sitting here. Joke.

I am currently in the waiting room of this “emergency” facility. I have a pregnant girlfriend who is roughly 7 weeks and was instructed by our doctor to report to the emergency room. The line for the emergency room is so long, it extends out of the waiting room- by 9 people. Once I made it into the waiting room at the desk- I see 4 of the behind the desk personnel on a circle, laughing. One lady sees asks “ is that everyone?” The woman in line in front of me informed her that there were 15 more people to be seen; and that the line was through the door. The woman then proceeded to take her break. This is horrendous. There is nothing that shouts EMERGENCY about this experience and I do not urge anyone to visit this place.
