Love this place! The classes are challenging with lots of variety and the instructors are awesome! Lindsay has a passion for pilates and passes her enthusiasm along to her clients. She is patient, fun, and easily accommodates new clients, injuries, etc. by modifying the exercises so you don't feel you're not able to keep up with the class. You can literally "start where you are" without feeling any pressure to do more than you are able!
Very positive & efficent instructor in Lindsay ! Great communicator & “ leans in “ on a variety of flexible of Pilates excersises ! Very nice & clean studio with excellent maintenance !! Highly recommend ! ( for all ages !) She can geehaw with customers! Rusty Stephenson
