Pine Grove Manor Skilled Nursing

I was a resident and did not have all my belongings when I left 5 weeks ago. I was not given my charger to my power wheelchair. I've called and requested by phone and email to the administrator keysha to call. Never happened????? The wheelchair cost $2000 will they buy me another. I could have written all the things that I knew was not right. My property I would like back. I hope OPCO reads the reviews and give me a call. I'd be happy to talk to them. mmmmmmmmm really no stars should be given.

My mom has been living in the facility for a little over a year. When she first moved in, she was kind of quiet and talk to herself. Then she made friends play cards enjoy the activities and other than healthwise. Seemed to be flourishing. The staff are mostly attentive great response from administration if she has any concerns and since new ownership are even getting a facelift in the building, which was much needed. No one wants to put their loved one in a facility, but finding the right facility for your loved one is always a heartfelt struggle. But here at Pine Grove there is a push for more like a family environment than a nursing home environment. My mom was a resident at Pine Grove and made lots of friends. She loved the activities and loved the facility neighborhood cats!

I have a family member who lives here and his care is great!

Great Rehabilitation! This place has changed for the good overtime.
