They have been a great team to work with. They took amazing care of my hospice patients I have had there and so many of the nurses and aides treats the residents like family. Amazing with communication as well.

If you find yourself needing physical rehabilitation you wont find a better place to recover. I was met with kindness, empathy, and every effort to be made comfortable. Shout out to Rochele, Mike, Zoey, James, Jess, Both Brooklyns, DD, Dixie, Paisley, and everyone else. Thank you so much for all your help. Thank you to Scott for the wound care and thanks to the kitchen crew as well.

My grandma is currently a resident here and is unable to put any weight on her foot so is pretty much bed ridden, so with that being said she can’t get up and go to the bathroom, and if I’m not mistaken they are supposed to respond to the call light and do what is needed in an orderly fashion they let her sit in a dirty dyper for an hour after my grandma called for them , I honestly will say that this place has gotten even worse over the years I’m tired of being quiet and honestly if you can avoid putting your family member in this one please do.

Knee surgery My my mom's room, #109! She made a special, new friend during the 2 1/2 week stay at Pinnacle Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was given the best roommate she could have asked for! We all enjoyed each other's company. My mother and her roommate got along so well together and enjoyed eating, talking, and watching TV.

Pinnacle took care of my sweet aunt for 10+ years. Over the years of visiting her I could see the connection she had made with her caretakers. Jim as well as Debbie showed up to love her in big ways. I am forever grateful for Pinnacle and the staff who went the distance to make a difference in her life. Much love and gratitude to you all!
