Pinnacle Pain Managment

Today was my first and last appointment. I had a 12 o'clock appointment, I got there at 11:45 and had my new patient papers all filled out as my referring doctor had already given them to me. I waited 35 minutes in the waiting room to be called which was not bad, but then they had me waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes in the room for the doctor that I never saw because I was in too much pain to wait. They kept saying I was next, but I heard patients come and go in the room next to me that were in the waiting room when I was brought back. I even watched them get into their car. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Dispite of the negative reviews I've just read it's been 3 yrs since I've been there but I had the best care,best Dr who took great care of me.i can't get that kinda dedication but I truly appreciate what I have.praying for the staff who became family to me. THNX YOU PINNACLE PAIN MANAGEMENT

Please stay away from this office. They somehow misplaced my mothers chart twice, this office still uses paper charts. They are definitely stuck in a prehistoric area 🦖 The manager Tracey is the most rudest, nastiest person we have ever dealt with. Extremely long wait hours too. The one receptionist that works in the front always looks filthy. This place deserves zero stars!

This place is a joke! They schedule patients on top of patients. My sons mother had a prescription that they messed up and she has been out of and shaking uncontrollably and they said she had to come in. She got there for her appointment early and the place was packed! Standing room only in the hallway, big red flag. Waited until a half hour after the appointment they said you have patient's in front of you. Then find out another patient was waiting until 1030! Can hear the doctor in the back talking on the phone to his bank about his wife credit card. While patients are like sweating in wheelchairs out front just trying to get help.

I must say I dont understand how this office manager Tracey is even there, most disrespectful woman I've ever come across in this line of work. She not only belittles the patients but she bullies her fellow coworkers in front of the patient's. Very unprofessional, doctors are great I must say. You guys need to immediately get rid of this woman and her power trip she is on. I would definitely return with my clients if this woman was no longer there, we will be going somewhere else until than.
