The only thing this place offers is food. When I visited my friend I was very disappointed. My friend sat in poop for a couple hours at least. When I walked in the room I could smell it. The nurse was in there with the curtain drawn so I stood there inside the door way and waited. I heard my friend tell the nurse she needed cleaning and the nurse replied, "Let me check, nope your not wet." My friend being the kind person she is said it's alright there's 1 girl that doesn't mind changing her. And there's no therapy offered there.

ZERO STARS!!!! My mother passed away here. I would HIGHLY recommend sending your loved one ANYWHERE but here. I would not send my worst enemy here. It is always under staffed, no one ever answers the phone, horrible communication between the staff and the family members of the patient, they do not supervise the patients like they should. I know for a fact they LOST someone one day and found them wandering around the railroad tracks. I do not even do reviews, but i do not want anyone to go through what went through while my mother was here. Appears they are under new ownership, but it never made a difference before. The state needs to SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!!

My dad who recently died at the age of 97 was a resident for several years. I have only had interactions with the staff who have been very helpful to me. They did everything I requested and communicative. He survived Covid in the beginning of the Pandemic and was hospitalized. I believe that the care he received made him survive and thrive in his old age.

Getting money from the government staff can't even answers the phone.
