Pittsfield Neighborhood Dental Center

Called 8am, with dental emergency, entire face is swollen up from an abscess, zero help, only take 3 walk ins at 8 am and another 3 at 1 pm. Otherwise I'm screwed. Disabled, no personal transportation and only just got my insurance in the last week. I can barely talk, can't sleep and can't eat. There was zero urgency at urgent care. Useless facilities, this boarders on criminal disregard for person in need of emergency services. After getting my dental issues resolved elsewhere will be reporting this facility to Massachusetts medical board.

Totally not recommendable. In April, they scheduled an appointment for me for July 15th. They said they had called to let me know the doctor hadn't shown up. I hadn't received that call, so I walked to my appointment and was told the doctor wasn't available. They scheduled another appointment for me for October 20th, and today they called me to reschedule it again. Very unprofessional

Dr. Miguel and his assistant Shea are AMAZING! I have very bad anxiety with dentists but they made me feel relaxed and welcomed. They are so nice and helped me so much. I have never had such a sweet and caring experience in a dentist office before. I highly recommend. Thank you both very much!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Cancelled day before appointment, rescheduled over a month out then cancelled again without notification. I had to call the day of because the appointment disappeared out of my patient portal. Then they said next appointment is in TEN MONTHS. Inexcusable terrible service. Get your scheduling figured out, place should be closed.

I just got a cleaning with Dr Miguel and it was so great! He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about your oral health. He makes you feel comfortable and checks on you to ensure you are doing ok during the cleaning. I know this office is hard to get in touch with at times but don’t give up! There are some good people working here.
