My name is Dillon, and I am reaching out with a heavy heart to share the struggles my family and I are facing. My fiancé, Dominique, and our beloved dog, Nachoo, have been through an incredibly challenging journey over the past six months. We moved from sunny Arizona to Iowa to support my father during his unexpected health crisis, but our lives have taken a turn for the worse. My father, a kind-hearted soul who could light up any room with his laughter, is now in the ICU on a ventilator. His health has deteriorated drastically, and the doctors have shared the heartbreaking news that he may not pull through. I called in reference to a un-communicated vaccination of both of my pets and was met with a argumentative vet tech that quite literally told me that my mother consented(she did not and was unaware of the vaccination). I told them I called so we could figure the situation out and was met with nothing but arguments and dismissal. They clearly told me if it’s legal we don’t have to tell you, and told me they don’t care about consent. I will never be back

First time taking my new horses to the vet, I was very nervous they wouldn’t behave. They did pretty good but even more so Dr. Christina Collins was beyond amazing. Her and her staff are awesome. Dr. Christina is knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. She answered my many questions with grace, offered suggestions as needed, and made me feel good about my care for these horses. She went above and beyond letting the farrier also tag along and trim their feet while sedate. I cannot say enough good things! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Friendly, helpful staff. They really listen to your concerns and did all they could to find out the issue of my cat. He is a difficult patient but they were very gentle and great with him. Very appreciative and trusting of the staff in Plainfield. 👍

Respectful staff... understanding of specific needs- important when your pet is involved. Sidenote- Don't know if it's our dog specifically, but they trim nails but don't smooth them out. Seems weird, considering price
