Customer Reviews
What a gem this place is. They are just so kind and caring. I have a hundred stories like this but I'll share one - I was short of a medication I need, and couldn't contact my psychiatrist. They offered me a two day supply. I insisted I pay - and they insisted I don't! They answer their phones quickly (CVS doesn't even answer calls anymore) and really help. I'm lucky I found this place!
I was hightly dissapointed and dissatisfied with this pharmacy. The amount of disrespect and disregard of HIPPA practices was unbelievable. the other week i was told they could assistant ne. Today, I called for assistance with a prescription and I was berated on the phone. First off. I was given the wrong information. The pharmacist started speaking to about a medication that I do not take at all. He was flumoxxed and confused and a luttle angry and short and snippy... the medication was an injection. And then when I was able to get a word in. He began to say no I never said that I could help. And I cut him off and said that's not at all what you said. Now I am in a spot as my Dr and I are both in aspot. He goes "WELL WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO??!! My tone and volume remained cal
Although I have not used their pharmacy for prescriptions because I live 25 minutes away I was next door at Quest Labs to have a blood draw this morning and forgot my paper script at home. In a pinch, I walked into the pharmacy next door and was met by Fred who gladly let me email him my script and he printed it right there for me! He was a lifesaver! As I would have had to reschedule this important blood draw. Thank you Fred!!
I wish to write this review in response to Michelle's review, which states that the pharmacy is bad. My experience has been the opposite, and my family and I have used them for years. We've always found the personnel to be friendly and helpful, with any and all questions happily answered. The pharmacists all have shown to be knowledgeable and anxious to please. We prefer Family Pharmacy to CVS because it is less crowded and the prices are better. We are very happy with Family Pharmacy, and will continue to go there. It is unfortunate that anyone has had a negative experience there, but that has not been our experience with this store. - JF
Small, but it gets the job done well. I mainly just pick up my medications there, but they have various other drugstore items for excellent prices for the area (shaving cream, for instance). The staff seem friendly, and dedicated -- I've had someone wait in after closing time to get me my drugs when I couldn't get there sooner. For all the (admittedly limited) use cases I go to them for, I'd say they were solidly above average.
