The Pharmacist Sam is always quick to respond and ensures my mother gets her meds on time and in the correct form. He's pleasant, professional, and delivers exceptional customer service. I stopped in to Platinum Pharmacy in the early days of the pandemic to look for disinfectant wipes and spray. Sam had everything I was looking for and was so inviting and friendly that I switched all of my family’s prescriptions over to him. This was an excellent decision, as we have many prescriptions and needed several new ones this year. Sam always fills our prescriptions quickly and has never left us hanging even when it was an emergency during off hours. He is simply amazing, always helpful and such a good human! I feel very fortunate to have found him and I enjoy the personal, professional, knowledgeable and friendly service every time! I found this gem by exploring the newness in the neighborhood. Mr. Samuel is truly a phenomenal human being. I needed a very hard to locate medication and he was able to obtain it for me and because of his due diligence I have transferred any and all prescriptions I have to Platinum Pharmacy. I Dr Obichi has been very helpful to me since I’ve lived in Fayetteville both with a notary request and also because recently I needed something transferred and refilled in a timely manner because I moved recently. He was able to set me up quickly and have me on the way and at a very reasonable price so I highly recommend.
