Powerhouse Therapy

Our son has been to Powerhouse Therapy 3 times and we have been so impressed with them each time. The individual attention he receives in a group camp environment is so fun for him and, most importantly, effective. They are the most supportive group of therapists and have been a lifeline for our family. Thank you, Powerhouse team!

Powerhouse Therapy is a true power house of therapy! Our daughter suffered a stroke and wasn't using her right arm at all. We've done the month long intensive constraint therapy program two years in a row now. The first year she went from complete non-use of her arm to gross motor activity and the second year they worked on some fine motor skills! We were blown away as the OT's and the support team there truly worked hard to get our girl moving and shaking and doing! We are beyond happy with the results. Of course, you have to follow up at home all the time with integrative activities to help cement the success and keep thing moving, but it is so completely worth it! My daughter has had a great experience at Powerhouse Therapy's Intensive Summer Camp. The therapists have been invested in helping her to reach her full potential. They know how to challenge and motivate her. Therapists are also great at educating the parent and helping to brainstorm ways to make things more accessible around your house for your child to make them more independent.

I cannot not say enough great things about Powerhouse Therapy. My daughter did the CIMT program that they offer and we saw great gains and a huge boost in confidence. Everyone there was genuinely invested in her progress and worked hard to make the therapy fun, which we all know can be hard to do sometimes. My daughter has gone to the camp twice now and I am sure that we will send her in for a brush up whenever she might need it.

My daughter has attended this therapy 3 times. With each time, she learned new things and made progress in remembering to use her right arm. This really helped with her confidence and gave us so many ideas for therapy at home. She really liked learning from other kids her age, and has remained long-distance friends with one girl her age with similar challenges. Charlene is super and really works hard to make sure the kids reach their full potential!
