One of the best dentist’s offices I’ve ever been to AND that’s saying a lot because before I was able to get VA to take care of my dental issues I had been so A LOT of different dentists when they’d off a free tooth extraction here or there. When they’d VA game me the choice of which office to make my “home” I immediately picked precious smiles. Now I’d not been there for several years till I was back BUT they didn’t disappoint, still extremely friendly, and good at explaining whatever dental issues they are dealing with for you. Can’t say it enough, LOVE THEM!!

Outstanding service - I had a broken tooth and Dr. McGregor made time to do a crown, despite having a full schedule. My wife had root canals at 3 years old on baby teeth, so is terrified of any dentist. Dr. McGregor did her crown recently and it is the first time she hasn't cried in the chair. Precious Smiles is gentle, excellent, and committed to patients. Highest recommendation and kudos to the whole practice.

I would not recommend Precious Smiles for families with young children. We’ve been bringing our son here since he was 1.5 years old. At his most recent visit, he was feeling nervous for the first time. Instead of taking the time to understand his anxiety or ask questions, Dr. McGregor-Wiltz immediately recommended we see a pediatric dentist. There was no effort to comfort him or determine if this was a one-time reaction. From our experience, Precious Smiles is not equipped to handle children who may feel anxious at the dentist. If your child already sits calmly like an adult, this office may be fine. But if you’re looking for a provider who can work with children’s natural fears, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Everyone is always friendly, energetic, memorable, and judgment-free. They are very straightforward about coverage, procedures, cost, and options. Based on my experience, It is cheaper than other dentists in the Huntsville area. They will attempt to work with you! I have easily recommended them to 100+ people because it's the first dentist office that I am not afraid to schedule appointments. —-Update seven years later—- Everything is still holding up perfectly. This is the only dentist that I recommend to anyone. I literally sound like an infomercial for Precious if anybody mentions a dentist or dental issues. If you do not go to them, you aren’t getting the best service, price, or legitimate care. Easily best in the state. Haven’t been to all of them but I’d bet they’re the best overall
