I used this pharmacy to fill a prescription order for Sermorelin. Despite best practices it came unrefrigerated (no ice pack) and already mixed with water. Best practice states it should be refrigerated even in a powder form, but especially after it has been mixed. When I called to ask for a new bottle OR a refund they told me they would not to that because it is their policy to deliver Sermorelin in this way (see below). I RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! BEST PRACTICE: Sermorelin needs to be refrigerated, both as a powder and especially after it's mixed (reconstituted) with bacteriostatic water, to maintain its potency; it should be kept between 36°F and 46°F (2°C and 8°C) and never frozen, though it might tolerate short periods at room temperature (a day or two) before mixi

Shipped my semoralin w no cold pack 3 days transit and its 82 degrees. Called for a replacement but no answer. Need a speedy resolution or ill dispute the charges on my cc. Orderd from ageless RX. Some one is going to get very sick if yall dont pay attention to these orders. I am in nursing and the physician i work with agrees this is not best practice! So I asked my local pharmacist and they stated DISCARD SEMORALIN IMMEDIATELY DO NOT TAKE! Will report to state licensing agency and better buisness bureau as well as health dept. These reviews are unacceptable and fyi I opened my semorilan on live video which will be provided for evidence of bad practices.

This place is a nightmare. It's cheap but remember you get what you pay for. First of all, it's extremely rare that things go smoothly. Ideally my provider would send in my prescription and then a couple days later I get my prescription. With precision, my provider sends in the prescription, days, sometimes weeks go by with no word until finally I start calling them and the only thing the person on the line can tell me is that the order was submitted but they don't know why it's being delayed, so I continue calling daily, not getting any information about what's going on, but hoping my continued calls will get something moving and then finally after 2-3 weeks of calling, emailing and texting them everyday I get sent a tracking number but according to tracking the only thing that's happened

This is my 3rd month ordering my prescription from this pharmacy. This is the 2nd month I received My medicine that is either expired or counterfeit. The medicine is supposed to be clear and the last 2 months, they arrived pink from day one. After calling a local pharmacist, I confirmed that the medicine is supposed to be clear and that I should discard immediately if it turns pink. I pay out of pocket for this medicine and it has cost me a total of 600 dollars. I would not order from them again and really advise that no one does it either. I gave them a second chance because I thought maybe it was just a one time thing that may have happened, but nope! It’s just an unreliable place that’s is stealing money from customers.

I don't have time to type it all rn but i will then add it. They first messed up my script to the point it took almost 23 days to receive it but luckily the few females who work there are wonderful as heck and always rush my orders that were always behind My first med I received was spilled out terribly and also evaporated or dried up in the bottle which makes no sense. It's also leaky and nasty, a 99 cent Walmart product. I have a recording of the pharmacist telling me this product always has issues with stability and safe transportation. Id love to share it. Then they sent me the same product again despite clear instructions to never do so again- my dr sent in the wrong onr again and did they contact me? No. So i had to stick w the same thing again to get it in 2 weeks instead of 3. Aga
