Premier Endodontics Concord

I had a superb experience at Premier Endodontics in Concord for root canal treatment. Dr. Elizabeth Jones and her assistant Maria were attentive to my needs during two appointments, this week and last. Pain management, constant feedback and patient education were excellent, the office was immaculate and the receptionist was warm and professional, and calmed me upon my arrival. I highly recommend them.

They only told me I was paying out of pocket when I came to the office. I would have definitely looked for different places/options if they told me on the phone. But I guess they really wanted the $1100 I paid. It is a dishonest business practice especially when you know your patient is in pain and willnot be able to wait for another appointment.

Now I know why Premier Endodontics gets such excellent reviews. I just completed my first visit and don’t think I’ve experienced such nice people in one office before! And very professional and helpful. I understood each step of the way what would happen next and why, and that was really helpful to know. The billing procedures are straightforward and efficient, and the office and equipment are clean and current. I appreciate everything about this practice so far!

Easily the easiest dental procedure - root canal! - I have ever experienced. State of the art equipment. Dr. Jones, her assistants and her staff were all so professional and compassionate at the same time! Highly recommend!

I've had two great root canal experiences with Dr. Jones at Premier Endodontics. I recommend this office to everyone- Dr. Jones is so kind, patient, and funny- she really made the experience as great as a root canal could possibly be. I felt no pain during or after my procedure and felt cared for by the entire staff.
