Premier Orthodontics - Glendora

We are very pleased with Premier Orthodontics. This is our fourth child Premier has treated for braces with one of our children having a complicated treatment which worked out successfully. The orthodontics staff is friendly and professional. A special thank you to Brenda, the finance coordinator, who has always been processional, helpful and friendly. We have dealt with 3 different orthodontist during our time with Premier since we have had four children treated at Premier and each one was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Also their fees are very reasonable compared to other orthodontist offices. We appreciate their services to our children which were very successful with beautiful smiles. Highly recommended!

Great dental office for kids and teens! Our 3 kids always look forward to their visits and they have tv’s on the ceiling for them to enjoy during the visit /exam . Going on 4 years , and now we make the commute even after moving .

Great Doctor and the way he explained the process was amazing!! The only thing that was very disappointing was the customer service at the front desk. Very unprofessional and no manners.

I have never left a bad review but I’m hoping this saves someone the trouble of using this orthodontist office. My daughter has been coming here for over a year and we have never waited less than 45 minutes to be called back to be seen. One time we waited a hour and a half to be seen. There is no way to contact the office directly, the phone number is to their call center and they are unable to transfer or forward calls to the office. I get appointment reminders for the wrong dates and times of appointments. The patient coordinator(Brenda) is zero help. She gave me her email to contact her since I’ve had trouble calling in and she still does not respond to emails. Also, when the “owner” responds to people’s reviews, they leave a phone number stating to call and address your concerns. But

Brenda and Lanica (front desk staff) amazing helped me schedule my children’s follow up appointments and accommodated both on same day. Thank you ladies !
