Premier Pediatrics of Manassas

The Drs are amazing. They listen to you when you have a concern about your child. The front staff is attentive and will help you with any questions you have. The nurses are so kind. You can tell the staff enjoys working with each other.

I've been bringing my four children to this pediatrician since they were little, but I have to say that the reception staff are inexperienced in customer service and lack courtesy, including the two nurses who, when they're in a good mood, treat you well, but when they're in a bad mood, they answer you rudely. The nurses who worked there before were very kind. Dr. Chowhan, I think you should talk to your team about the service they provide to all of us who have been your patients for years.

The receptionist she's really great she's nice kind respectful The front desk lady her name is Raquel and I would like to thank her for her kindness she's really Great person to know she speaks everyday with a smile and that makes my day because she's real nice and she talks to me and she always sign my scanner for me I'm the FedEx driver and I appreciate her and all the help and her assistance they all wonderful I would have give them a 10 star they are great

The front desk scheduler at Premier Pediatric was very disrespectful during my interaction. She spoke to me in a dismissive, unprofessional manner and did not communicate with patients appropriately. I hope the management takes care of this.

We’ve had a great experience at Peimier Pediatrics of Manassas! The doctors are knowledgeable, patient, and truly care about the well-being of the children. They take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure both kids and parents feel comfortable and informed. The nurses are also amazing — kind, gentle, and attentive. They’re always friendly and do a wonderful job helping little ones feel at ease during visits. The front desk staff is just as wonderful — always welcoming, organized, and helpful with scheduling and answering questions. You can tell the entire team works together with care and compassion. We’re really happy to have found such a dedicated and supportive pediatric office!
