Presbyterian Family Medicine in Ruidoso at Lincoln County Medical Center

I've had good experiences with LCMC but when I needed help most, Stephanie (sp?), a psychiatric nurse gave me a ton of help over the phone and has made my life easier. Big shout out to her that.

MY NURSE PRACTITIONER IS LESLIE FITZGIBBONS AND SHE REALLY IS QUICK. SHE WATCHES TO MAKE SURE THINGS ARE CURRENT AND UP TO THE MARK WITH WITH LABS AND THE PROPER MEDICATIONS ETC. THOUGH SHE IS BUSY SHE IS NEVER RUDE NOR OFF PUTTING THANK YOU NP FITZGIBBONS🪽

Tried to get an appointment with my health care provider. Said they would call me back and never did. This has happened three times in the last year. I have to go to the emergency room to get seen for minor ailments. They also make you go get a covid test before coming in. This makes no sense as it would seem a doctors office would be able to do that.

Ten seconds with hurried doctors who don’t really get to the bottom of what’s bothering you. Can’t get through the system which constantly locks you out. Some really nice staff in the hospital for tests though. Very efficient. Physicians not so much.
