Presbyterian Hospital

From the moment I arrived, I felt that patient experience was taken seriously here. Communication was clear, respectful, and consistent throughout the visit. I appreciated that questions were welcomed and answered thoughtfully, not brushed aside. Everything felt well coordinated behind the scenes. Facilities operating at this level could play a meaningful role in cross-border healthcare access and international medical support.

My husband was seen in a timely fashion. (Waiting room only had 3 other people). He had internal bleeding and was called back within minutes. He was admitted and I believe his care teams, saved his life. I’m extremely grateful for the care and attention he received.

So, my mom got admitted into the Hospital the middle of October. We come to find out she had Cancer. I had to constantly come in there to check on her b’cuz I just don’t trust Hospitals. The staff were extremely under staffed and my first couple of visits there were unbelievably awful. When you arrive the security guards seemed like little kids dress rehearsing as security officers, no professionalism or manners what so ever, and this was in the mornings and weekdays. The weekend security were far more qualified than the weekday staff. The staff at front desk were very dismissive and shouldn’t be representing a front desk of a hospital. There was this one heavy set black guy with a beard and glasses that was just a joke to me and should be in the back somewhere b’cuz him at the front desk
