Went from acceptable (if rustic) customer service and care to totally unacceptable in a matter of months. No blame to the local clinic staff; this is ENTIRELY on Presbyterian, which is obviously a close relative of United Health, for all the care and concern they have for their patients. When we started using Quemado Health Center in 2022, there was a staff member present M-F and incoming phone calls were accepted for scheduling, prescription requests, etc. A medical provider was in the office 2 or 3 days per week. In late 2024, the provider apparently resigned, and without notifying the patients on his panel, he was replaced by a temporary provider who is in the office one day per week, staffing was cut to one day per week, and incoming phone calls were discontinued, meaning patients co
