Prescott Family Medical Centre

I’ve been a patient with the Prescott family health team since I was a child and also my 3 children who are now young adults and from reception, nurses, nurse practitioners and Doctors everyone is truly kind caring and compassionate I love this team! Always have my questions answered!!

My husband goes to Felemengos I question weather he is a real Dr I have been an RN for 30 years had have never seen a Dr who does not listen to his patient he disregards any concerns he has denies referral ,!he does not provide results of test , Ron Anderson is rude treats patients like he is a god and you should be honored to be in his presence this medical clinic needs to be investigated for neglect of patients your better off with no Doctor then to stay with these clowns

Edit February 2025 I have seen Dr Cook a few times now and those interactions have been good. From 1 star to 4. Edit May 2023 From 5 stars to 1. Definitely miss Dr Kellam's kind, gentle, understanding and caring approach. I agree with another reviewer about prescription renewals, never had issues before but wow, such a waste of time now. If you're dealing with ANY type of mental health issue or even physical ones, I HIGHLY suggest NOT booking with Ron Andersen. I've never felt so belittled, unimportant, unheard and made to feel like what I'm dealing with is of no importance at all. I've seen him twice and wanted to walk out both times. Ever since Dr. Cooke took over, unfortunately as not been good experiences. From following my pregnancy and forgeting to send my early detection test, not knowing what folic acid is normally prescribed to pregnant women. Don't even get me started with my postpartum symptoms he deemed arrogantly and just anxiety and put me on anti-depressants. I've also heard from another patient that they felt also judged arrogantly. I would change doctors if only he wasn't the only one around..it now it takes 3 weeks to see him, when we could see our previous doctor the week. Same thing with this one male doctor at the ER. Arrogant, doesn't try to understand and sympathize. Just another paper pusher. Don't get me wrong I've had good doctors too but lately it just seems worst.. 😕

I would suggest to start recording your visits to this place. It is not against the law to record your visit with any doctor anywhere and you do not need their consent or Tell them. That is your right. If you don't believe it, look it up or phone a lawyer. I also noticed where this Dr. Felemegoes parks would make a great disability parking also one to the left of it. I take it this place does not care about people that have mobility problems when they come to the parking lot I do believe there is no disability parking spots in the parking lot.
