Day three going on to four without my antidepressant because this place has terrible communication and lack of urgency. Mind you, this place has known about the prescription since LAST WEEK, and I went to visit on Saturday to pick up the medication. Was told they would have it ready yesterday. I call from work at 9am yesterday only to be told that they hadn’t ordered it yet. I was told on Saturday that they were ordering it and it will be ready on Monday. I can see where the positive reviews stand because it’s a local business and with essentials and over the counter, you are in and out. But god forbid this was blood pressure medication or other vital prescriptions, anybody would be screwed. Take your business elsewhere if you are in need of medication that is vital to your mental heal

Amazing experience. Two times I was in dire need of my cats prescriptions and I was able to get it. Very sweet and nice service and I will definitely be back for my cat’s medicine.

They provide timely and courteous services. You even have the option for delivery at no additional cost. Professional and pleasant staff. Will definitely utilize their services again.

I love Prescriptions Unlimited! They have been great. When I call, I always have a great experience and Chase, Amy and Debbie have always made things so efficient. BUT...the whole crew is great.
