I truly appreciate Dr. Kate Pfeffer and the level of care she provides. She’s warm, positive, and really listens. I always feel comfortable and supported during my appointments. I’m grateful to have found such a great doctor. Highly recommend!

We transferred our entire family of 5 out of this practice. Our children had been seeing Dr. Wilson since their first newborn appointments. However, the last year here has been noting short of a disaster. Firstly, I was 13 minutes late to an appointment for my then 11 month old son. I was standing at the front desk, holding a screaming 11 month old with a fever, and ear infection. The receptionist told me that I would have to reschedule for the following week….. Obviously, we had to seek emergency treatment at another clinic given his illness. Secondly, my teenage daughter had her yearly Well-Child exam. PCP incorrectly billed the appointment, leading to a denial from our insurance company, and a $250+ bill. Over the next several months, we were in communication with both PCP, and our insu

They canceled my appointment after giving me the wrong address which led me to run more than 10 minutes late to the appointment. Apparently 13 minutes is too much for these people after they are the ones that messed up.

They do not care about their patients. These people are heartless. I was dropped as a patient (for a ridiculous reason) left with no time to find another primary care provider to fill out FMLA paperwork. The least they could have done was re-filled out my FMLA paperwork so I wasn't at risk of losing my job due to my health issues. Every office I've called to try to find a new provider is scheduling months out or doesn't accept my insurance. And I have a week to get my paperwork completed. Very insensitive, when I was a patient for 11 years to be dropped so abruptly.

Previously saw Dr. Wilson, who is great! Stupidly switched to Dr. Blake just due to preferring a female provider and boy was that a terrible decision. My appointments have felt so rushed and I have never had so many issues getting long-standing prescriptions refilled. Hopefully switching back to Dr. Wilson, otherwise entirely switching away from this practice.
