He takes his time with me and listens to what I tell her. He runs tests as appropriate and he follows up on what is going on with me at the time. In addition, he has always been pleasant and kind. I’ve been coming here since July 2007 so 18 years! Dr Shaughnessy was new at that time but over the years I’ve always been treated like a person, never warehoused like a number. My calls are always returned in a timely manner and all of my concerns are always addressed. Over the years I’ve had literally tons of referrals and when a doctor didn’t work out (which was very rare and few over the years) another doctor was referred immediately. Here you’re like part of a family and I’m grateful to all the wonderful care my family and all the friends I’ve referred to this office over the years. Whether it’s Dr Shaughnessy or any one of the Nursing Assistants, or Physicians Assistants, they’re all good and honestly whenever I need to be seen , when asked who I prefer to be seen by, my response is

I have only been here twice now, after not having a primary care doctor for many years and I have no complaints so far. Everyone seems very friendly and welcoming. The fish tank is beautiful and the office is clean.

I have had to come to PrimeMed at a time when I felt like the world was falling apart. From the doctor to PT they have all been amazing!! Making me feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Since we started this journey I feel like I have improved 98%. I would recommend your facility to anyone needing assistance like I have. Love Mrs Edwards, she takes the time to listen to what your needs are. She never rushes you out the door. Always so pleasant. The ladies in the office and the Nurses are always nice and helpful. Jennifer is great about getting your referrals done very quickly.
