Saw Dr. Jadhav this week and had a great experience. Fast check in despite of an unplanned sick visit. Quick initial check up with nurse and saw the Doctor within few minutes. Doctor was very thorough in her examination and extremely friendly with kids. PNP's online portal helps a lot with quick questions or refills.

they made some mistake in charging our insurance and had our bill to approximately $500 and refused to take appointments. they would not show us clearly the details of the bill. we finally paid the bill of $500 and got appointments and gave them our insurance details again. ours is best insurance whre we never have copay. they defitely did some billing error and were not taking responsibilty. the lady at the desk was passive agressively rude.

Dr. Kwong is amazing! Not only she is skilled and knowledgeable, she is extremely caring towards her patients. She spends a lot of time explaining in details regarding any questions parents have for their lil ones. She provides great suggestions regarding sleep training, traveling with babies, babies nutrition and the list can go on…

The doctors and PAs here are absolute gems — compassionate, skilled, and genuinely wonderful with kids. This review is not about them. It’s about their so-called “business office,” which is less “business” and more “existential void.” Honestly, it is a masterclass on inefficiency. The staff are very nice and patient. They took photos of my son’s eyes . My son was crying and they had to take multiple photos. The doctor helped fill out the health form for my son to go to the daycare.
