Jonathan is a wonderful PT. I had been struggling with pain in my leg for over 6 months and medical advice had suggested back surgery. Jonathan’s approach is thoughtful and thorough. He identified weakness in my hip area and we set about working on rebuilding strength. Jonathan also worked with my personal trainer to ensure the exercises I was doing with them would support the healing and strengthening of my leg. I felt complete support from Jonathan on my journey towards healing and I wish I could give him 10 stars for the incredible care and professionalism that he provides.

After trying a bunch of different physical therapists, I can say that Jon Banz is refreshingly different and has been a complete game changer for me. I came to Jon with some chronic shoulder pain that presented with overhead movements and low back pain that had increased postpartum. Within 3 visits, my low back pain had significantly diminished to where it wasn’t impacting my daily activities. My shoulder pain was also gone allowing me to lift overhead and hit personal bests in overhead lifts. His program included exercises I had never seen in physical therapy before. While I honestly was skeptical in the beginning as to whether these exercises would create change, I saw an increase in range of motion and pain relief almost immediately. In his evaluation, he takes photos and videos of m

I had another great experience, and real results, working with Jon and enjoyed the improved process in his new private practice. This was the worst injury yet that Jon has helped me through and I couldn’t be more grateful for his assistance. Jon obviously cares for his patients and I could see him aligning his efforts to help me get where I wanted to be and keeping me motivated to press on. Thank you, Jon!

Jon is a fantastic PT. I’ve seen him a few times for different chronic knee issues. He was able to identify underlying issues that other PTs had not. Most recently, he worked with me to address maladaptive compensation patterns that were preventing a full recovery after a knee replacement. He was very thorough in his assessment and worked with me to reestablish balanced muscle movements and to strengthen my leg. I was able to do a rigorous hike for the first time in 3 years after working with him. I highly recommend him.

Jon figured out what was wrong with my running gait and how to fix it, years after I gave up on ever running again. I had tried everything, every kind of therapy and speciality, and even had surgery on my knee twice, to no avail; my knee would still hurt walking up stairs, let alone running. I had the good fortune to find out Jon had started a private practice from a friend at the gym, and contacted him right away. Jon was able to tease out the root of my problem through photo and video analysis, which no other physical therapist had done. No surprise, the problem was not in my knee! Jon slowly, slowly help me retrain my breath and hip orientation, and to work through new issues that cropped up in the process, and be a runner again. Jon is patient, and makes sure you understand why he's ha
