they have no back up every time our Good care giver is out of town NO ONE CALLS OR SHOWS UP trying to get them to answer phone is just a constant ring now... so no one to even let them know our caregiver has not shown up... Vicki is excellent and my son is a quadraplegic but whenever she is out of town NO ONE SHOWS UP and NOW CANNOT EVEN NOTIFY ANYONE is extremely unprofessional....
