I recently had a cleaning, root canal, and crown completed, and I’m very happy with the results. The dentist was very patient and made sure I understood every step of the process. The procedure was much smoother than I expected, and I felt little to no pain. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism. Highly recommend this office! A special thank you to Dr Sheblak and Assistants Ahmad, Lina and Shoba for being so kind and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I’ve been religiously going to this dentist for a couple years now and i absolutely love it here. They always get me in as soon as possible, and have the sweetest, friendliest staff on the planet! Their secretaries Lina & Shoba are the best, and are always so quick to help with absolutely anything. Not to mention their work is top tier, i’ve never really had an issue here and if i ever did even slightly, they’ve immediately fixed it. Their customer service is incredible! We highly recommend this place! 10/10.

The receptionist, Linda, was incredibly personable and welcoming both over the phone and in person, which made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Sheblak and her assistant, Diana, were amazing. They were professional, patient, and took the time to make sure I understood everything. I truly felt cared for throughout my entire visit. Pro Smiles dental has been my go to dentist since moving to Naperville. From Dr. Sheblak to the assistant Ahmad, and even the front desk receptionist Lina Shoba has always been professional and helpful with every visit. The work Dr sheblak has preformed for me from root canal to fillings has been nothing but 10/10 service. And I must add that the entire staff treats you like family and not just as patient.

My sister went to this office the other day, She liked it very much. Very Hygienic, clean and always on time. The Dentists are very Professional and knowlagable. Assistant Diana was very kind, helpfull and smooth with X-rays. Lina and Shoba at the front was very welcoming and helpfull with insurance and appointment
