Zain and the whole team at ProDentUSA are incredible. They're very helpful and knowledgeable about their instruments. The ordering process was easy and I love all their instruments-from the restorative to all the surgical instruments. They're built better than some of the more expensive brands but don't cost as much. I love their hand piece also! Highly recommend them.

Amazing company to order instruments from. They make extremely high quality instruments, and have amazing customer service. When my dad and I were rebuilding our office and needed to purchase all of our hand instruments we bought a few from prodent to start out. Once we received the instruments we were extremely impressed with what we had received and have never looked elsewhere for our hand instruments. This is a company that enables us to practice at a very high level, and without them we would not be able to provide the top quality care that we do to our patients. They’re easy to work with, have VERY knowledgeable staff and are amazing people who make great instruments!

Price, quality, and customer service for a medical (not utility) grade product really impressed me! You rarely find a business this top notch anymore. I placed a large order (21 items) received 20 items a couple days later. Called customer service and within a minute she told me the exact item that I was missing and assured me it was on the way. Even if they would have kept the item I would have given them an excellent review. Their tools appear to be very high quality and well finished. I wish numbers had been marked onto the forceps but that's ok. I feel I got at least double the value for what I spent and am an extremely satisfied customer.

Great quality instruments priced well with beyond amazing customer service!! I usually stop by their booths at CDA/ADA conventions and am always able to find what I'm looking for. Great company to order from with competitive pricing and lead times. They were saviors during the more trying times of COVID in 2020 and delivered on all our needs. Customer service is also fantastic.
