Dr. Ratcliff is a very compassionate Dr. He listens to what you have to say, and doesn't rush you out of the office. We have already recommended him to many people. I do wish you accepted more insurances companies, since people deserve the best doctors, but unfortunately we understand why you dont. We are very pleased we were able to have him do the surgery, amd very happy with the outcome

I met with the Dr. for a consultation for nonspecific back pain. He reviewed my MRI and did not conduct a physical examination. Yet he told me that “it wasn’t a matter of if, but a matter of when” I will need a spinal fusion. Something about the appointment did not sit right with me and when asked to schedule the follow up I paused out of instinctual caution. Shortly after I discovered that although there was NO physical examination, the visit note appeared as if there was with all sorts of stats and details about a physical exam that never took place. I have since received two other consultations where after a full normal physical examination by the PA and the Doctor and a thorough review of my imaging the consensus is I do not need any surgery. Dr. Radcliff is an outstanding surgeon! He is extremely knowledgeable and ensures his patients understands every aspect of their procedure. He is kind and cares about his patients. I felt like a family member whenever I went to the office for every appointment . I highly recommend Dr. Radcliff!!!

What a great experience I had with my visit with Progressive Spine & Orthopedics. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Dr. Radcliffe was very patient and took the time to explain my diagnosis in a way I could understand. I would recommend this practice.

Hi! I was not impressed. The doctor didn’t even examine me . He just sat across from me and talked . I have seen other surgeons and they all did a complete exam and measured my range of motion and went over my films with me in great detail. I didn’t receive that type of care here After posting my review the doctor reach out to me and apologized that I left his office feeling that way. Second visit was much better . I decided to have my surgery and Dr. Radcliff did a phenomenal job. I’m glad that I gave him a second chance . My neck feels a lot better than it did. 🥳
