ProHealth Pharmacy Waukesha

This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to, and it’s because of the incredible staff—especially the pharmacist, Lynne. During my pregnancy, I was extremely ill, and Lynne went above and beyond to ensure I had the medication I needed to keep both my baby and me safe. Lynne is everything you’d want in a healthcare professional: knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough, and incredibly reliable. She takes the time to explain medications clearly, answer all questions without rushing, and always follows through with care and precision. I have been using this pharmacy for 7 years and have never had any issues but Kayla and Lynn both had terrible attitude problems I’m guessing because they were busy but I’m a healthcare employee myself and would never think to treat a patient the way I was treated. Kayla scoffed and laughed at me for asking to speak to the pharmacist and Lynn acted annoyed and was talking down to me. I have enough shit going on in my life to deal with rude people when I’m running to pick up my medicine. They both need some training and to grow up

Everyone there is great and friendly except the woman who’s mid 50’s with red/brown hair. I’ve been using this pharmacy for two years and every time I’ve seen her she’s been grouchy. With my most recent visit, when I arrived my prescription wasn’t ready, I asked how long it would be so I could either leave or just wait if it wasn’t going to be long and her response was “it’ll be done quickly if you stop interrupting me” with her voice raised. I had only spoken to her once and that was my first time at the pickup area, so it was completely uncalled for and rude. I will no longer be using this pharmacy.

They are very friendly and helpful

Walgreens out of stock for one of my medications. After waiting a week without a response and contacting them again, my doctor sent my request to ProHealth in Waukesha. 30 minutes later it was ready for pick up! Very friendly staff also. Thank you!!!
