Absolutely horrible. First, it's expensive, yep. And I was willing to accept that for the experience and see what I think - it's ridiculously expensive for what you get. Then there is the food sensitivity issue: I don't know what ingredient(s) triggered a reaction, but by day 3 my throat was swelling and mouth was burning. The L Bars were definitely problematic and I actually liked the way they tasted.The drink is only doable with hibiscus tea enhancing it. The soups are not horrible, but they are not good, the black bean one was fine. The truth is, fasting is not a live-it, not a sustainable lifestyle plan for losing weight. I'm on my 4th Prolon kit and every time it makes me feel fantastic. I sleep well, have energy without caffeine, and think more clearly at work. Oddly, I also can resist the temptation to eat regular food. I can make my kids' lunches without any issue and also make dinner for my family. Someone said in a review that it's just powdered soups and bars. That's true, but they don't taste half bad and it's worth every penny to have 5 days of "fasting" laid out for me. I have done water fasts and get crabby beyond belief. This is 100% better! I have also successfully adjusted my order's shipping date without issue as I didn't want it arriving when I was away for the holidays (can't speak to the text bot or email, but the representatives at their 800 number were fine). I was very impressed with all the attention to details. Have done 2 5 day fasts and am very happy. Just went to order another kit and found they stopped sending free fasting bars. I am very disappointed with this which is why i gave 4 stars. Please put back the gracious option of free fast bars - it really makes the option of paying easier vs looking into trying to clone the kit... Thank You Dr. Longo!!

Save your money and do a more healthy cleanse with actual healthy fruits and vegetables. The soups were inedible and I was starving the entire time. They also deceptively signed me up for a subscription service that I specifically and expressly did not sign up for. Very, very deceptive practices. This is nothing more than a money grab for their ridiculous subscription service. Ineffective and a waste of money. Do not buy this product!!

I am 61 and in excellent health, with no medications and good medical numbers - but as someone who has fasted before, and is aware of the benefits, I was eager to try this program. In the past I have never been able to get further than three days on a fast, both because of the prep time involved and the hunger factor. I was completely impressed with the quality of the ProLon products as well as the customer service provided by the ProLon team. The food was delicious and filling, and as someone who was already restricting my eating window to eight hours a day, the schedule was not a challenge.
