After five years of coming to this office, I can confidently say the level of care and professionalism has always been exceptional. Most recently, I had osseous surgery with Dr. Mata, and the experience truly exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, he was thorough, calm, and incredibly attentive. He clearly explained each step, set realistic expectations about timing and recovery, and continuously checked in to make sure I was comfortable. That kind of communication makes all the difference during a procedure. I felt completely confident in his care, and the results reflect his skill and expertise. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding dental care.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST! you can see they are charing for 2 root canals. His 3d model filling thing fell out from when he had it placed from a different dentist and office in phx 2 years ago. It fell out none of his tooth came with it. So we moved to casa grande. My husband decided he wanted to give a dentist a shot out here instead of driving a hour away to go to our OG dentist. This dentist #1 did a panoramic imaging stating its to make sure his gums weren't infected........ he already had panoramic done by his old dentist office in chandler this year. This dentist was advised imaging had already been done and could just contact other dentist. He decided not too and do the panoramic anyways. Making us have to pay $75 out of pocket bc our insurance stated my husband has already used his

This practice has No compassion and After a few years, dealing with the very rude operation manager Faith, who today kicked me out of the office, because I asked about my bill! I guess asking about your will get you kicked out of this practice. If you question the operations manager Faith on any of your services that were billed, She will lie to your face, talk loudly and tried to embarrass you in front of the entire lobby. Just look at some of the reviews and also look at the BBB complaints as well. I will be reporting this business as well for Unnecessary charges to my insurance. This office has no compassion for their patients. There are much better kinder teams available. Please look elsewhere. Very professional and friendly office staff. The Dr. came in and introduced himself to me and explained my X-rays to me. Best teeth cleaning I have ever had. I would be very glad to recommend this to anyone.

Had such a great experience at promenade smiles! My hygienist, Deneen, did an amazing job with my cleaning. She was so thorough, gentle, and made me feel really comfortable the whole time. You can tell she really cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. The whole team is always so welcoming and professional. Highly recommend this office!!
