I had a great experience at Promise Family Dental with Dr. Jacob John. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. Dr. John took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. The office is clean, organized, and runs on time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality dental care.

Dr. John the legend has been found! So excited he has his own practice. I have transferred to him and now drive 40 min to see him because his care is the best! One dentist said crown my tooth Dr John said lets fill it and get 10 more years out of it! Its a family here not a deli line number!

At Suffren County Dental, the atmosphere is quaint. Patients should check their insurance or dental plan coverage in advance. If fluoride treatment is not covered, it typically costs under $50 and may be included at no charge with a cleaning for patients under 15 years old. I was charged $55 for a fluoride treatment that day without being given the option to decline it beforehand. For clarity, patients do have the right to refuse this treatment and still receive the final polishing after a cleaning. Being informed ahead of time helps avoid unexpected charges.

My experience is they’re more interested in billing rather than patient care. The hygienist was pleasant. Dentist gave no education on prevention or spoke much just said I’m doing this today n when to book my next visit. I don’t feel what work I received was completely necessary but I went along with it. Also been going for 3 years staff members change frequently. I think that’s a sign I never noticed.

I have been going to County Dental in Suffern for the past few years. I find the staff there so great and helpful. They are always so pleasant and efficient. They give you a heads up to any charges that will incur for treatments. I have had some intensive dental work done as well as hygienist visits and have been very satisfied with all.
