Horrible procedire and staff not attentive AT ALL to needs of patient. Can’t get anyone on the phone and when someone picked up they put me on hold for more than 25 minutes. The level of care between day shift and night shift staff is terrible. Night shift is understaffed and most I encountered provide excuses as opposed to actionable solutions and solving problems and issues with patients. My mother soiled her bed because no one responded to her call bell ALL NIGHT 2 nights in a row. The 2nd day when told the bed linen needs to be changed the nurse told her they don’t do that on Sundays. That’s disgusting

Very poor care, short staff and smells horrible. Carpet needs to be cleaned. Poor man has been over 2 hours for help . I have asked someone to please help him. I was told I'll let the tech know. The nurse stayed, "I am 1 nurse for 30 patients!" That is patient Neglect!

I just left Pruitt Blythewood after about a 1 month stay. The staff was amazing! I made forever friends and family with other patients. The 5 stars I gave them is a joke cause they deserve 10 stars. The staff, Moses, Kennedy, Tonia, Lisa, Kim, Bobbie, and several other staff members made me feel welcome and they worked hard for me. The physical therapy staff was awesome. The help I received from Christa and Cindy was life changing. This place has bad reviews and I feel that's unfair to them. They work hard for the patients and show true compassion for the residents. I will miss them all.

If you have friends or family members that you care about do NOT use Pruitt Health. From day one the care team here provided subpar care. After a little over a week had to have my loved one moved because Pruitt Health’s care team neglected him to the point of dehydration resulting in an additional hospital stay. The Director of the facility and the Nursing Director really need to evaluate the level of care that is truly provided to patients. When you call, even with an emergency it takes 20+ minutes to get someone to answer the phone. I was told we would have a call with the caregiver workers from each group (PT, OT, wound care, NP). The call occurred 25 minutes after scheduled time and only a social worker and a nurse were present for the call. I was told they had jobs to do and rec

If your goal is for your loved one to recover and build strength, please do not send them here. The staff is neglectful, taking over 30 minutes to answer calls for help, leaving residents to either fall trying to reach the bathroom themselves, or sit in their own urine and feces awaiting help that will not come to clean them up as the entire facility is out of towels and wipes. Overall, an abysmal environment for recovery and rehabilitation that has only led to further decline of my family member who would be far better off in the comfort of her own home.
