This place is absolutely disgusting. The social worker for the home is really mean and degrading. I was told my mom was good to make her own decisions even though I am her medical power of attorney. The very next day she had a stroke and was admitted to Richland Hospital. I called the social worker who of course didn’t answer or return my call. Now I go to get her stuff out of the room which I posted pictures of and they was moving someone into her room that was unsanitary. This is a joke

I would of given a negative 5 stars if that was a choice. No amount of renovation could ever help this place nor the way it is ran. Heat on 1000 and no air working. My best friend on 24/7 oxygen not able to breathe as is and the heat is not helping at all. No fans or relief in site. The christmas meal would of made a 2 year old mad. I'm including a picture of the plate. This place makes entirely too much money to treat people like this. Sad part is most don't have family to post and fight for them. I'm not only advocating for my best friend I am for all residents here. This place should be shut down. Of course no way to add photos. We'll they were smart on that one. I did add the plate of christmas dinner to the website. Please look at it. What a joke..

I will never ever send my loved one there again. This place has holes in the wall , mildew and the paint is peeling off the walls. My husband was treated badly by some of the employees. He had a big bruise on his face which night CNA put there, and it was never reported or written up. I have pictures of his face where he grabbed it and scratched his nails into it. The social worker is incompetent and never return calls. Its your worst nightmare for your loved one. The supervisor never returned my call either. The place smelled all the time. NEVER send your loved one here!!! I would give a 0.

It’s difficult to understand how this facility continues to operate in its current condition. I used to visit a relative at this location several times a month, and each visit has raised serious concerns about patient care and basic sanitation. The moment you step onto any patient floor, you’re met with a strong, persistent odor of urine and feces. This isn’t an isolated incident - it’s a consistent issue that suggests a lack of routine cleaning and timely patient care. Equally troubling is the attitude of some of the nurses and CNAs. Many behave as though tending to patients is optional rather than a core responsibility of their role. Families trust this facility to care for their loved ones, and employees have a professional and ethical obligation to provide that care. If you choose

Wow where do I start? I have a really good friend who is unfortunately in this nasty place. It smelled of urine and feces everywhere, the meals are not substantial at all, and some of the residents' belongings go missing. My friend had given the staff member a gown to wash several days ago and they still haven't returned it. When I went to the desk to ask about it I could hear the staff having loud disagreement. Please do not send your loved one here. It really should be shut down.
