I generally love Publix and have gotten prescriptions filled at some of their other pharmacy locations before with no problem. I and several of my family members use this location because it's on our commute to our homes. But we are all disappointed over the disorganization and rude behavior of the team there; they can't even tell you how long it will be before the prescription is filled (even when you have confirmation that the Dr. Office sent it hours ago). I've even gotten texts that my Rx was ready, only for them to tell me it's not when I walk in. Which would normally not bother me a bit: it's when they act bothered by the whole interaction; as if I'm the one wasting their time! Please do better.
The woman running the cash register at the pharmacy is not friendly not helpful. This happens every time I go to pick up a prescription. The pharmacist has been kind and interrupted the cashier a couple of times and corrected her. I'm sure you can find a more.helpful employee.
We get our prescriptions sent there because it's on our way home. Last time I went there was atleast 3 hours after the Rx was sent by the doctor. I go to the pharmacy and they say it's not ready. No big deal. I ask when it will be ready and they told me they've been very busy and it will be ready in 15 minutes. I shop around and come back and they saw me waiting in line and told me it's still not ready and they'll text me. I walk around a little bit and get a text saying it's ready. I return and they said it's still not ready. And I told them I got the text saying it's ready and the older woman acted rude that I confronted them. So I walk around some more and come back and now it's ready. The older woman was very rude and acted like I was a problem. Will not be getting my Rx fill
New pharmacist Austin is by far the absolute worst hire they could have ever hired. Refused to fill two of my prescriptions, without good reason. As someone who works in healthcare myself, Austin is by far the worst pharmacist I have encountered. Had to have my prescriptions sent elsewhere as his god complex refused to do his job professionally and effectively
