Publix Pharmacy at High Point Town Center

Worst Publix Ive been to. Asked for my deli slices to be shaved and they cut them very thick. Then I went to check out and my bread rang up wrong and they made me walk across the store to prove it. Even after doing so, they just adjusted the price. Publix guarantee is to give it to you free if it rings up wrong. I call the manager, Mr. Hartley, and he did nothing but tell me that I had to return to the store for him to fix it. I had already burned up my whole lunch break trying to get out of there. This location is no better than Walmart. Maybe worse. I recommend spending your money at a location that upholds Publix's policy and doesnt play games like this. I have reported this experience to corporate. I will NOT accept this level of customer service and you shouldn't either. Their guarant

The pharmacy has gotten absolutely ridiculous. They NEVER answer the phones. I was standing in line one day while calling and witnessed them ignoring the phone. I worked as a pharmacy technician once…their performance is unacceptable.

Terrible experience. Items mismarked and unorganized. Medicine was marked 2 for 14.99 and when it rang up, wasn’t in the system. Cashier and manager said can’t sell because they aren’t authorized. Then why would there be a sticker on the item!?

Poorly ran. It has been going down hill the past year or so and gets worse everytime. Prepaid pickup is pointless. Still make you wait in line for 30 minutes. Apparently it’s the customers fault they always are short handed. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone.

This review concerns the action of Store Manager, Mr. Michael Hartley throwing a handicapped person (me)out of his store and banned me from coming back. Because of my handicap, I need to hold onto toa shopping cart to stabilize myself to do my grocery shopping. My 7 lb Service Dog needs to be with me at all times as he alerts me if he detects any interference related to the electrical devices implanted in my chest. I need him to be near my upper body so I place him in the upper basket of the cart on top of his blanket and pillow and he sits on top of my purse. No part of his body is touching the grocery cart. The manager, Mr. Michael Hartley, harassed me from the time I entered the store and insisted I put my dog outside in 92 degree weather. I told Hartley that I needed only 1O minutes
