Publix Pharmacy at Main Street

JESSICA Please watch out for Jessica. For the past year or so, every time I call, I specifically have to brace myself for her. She literally always answers the phone with a very burdensome demeanor and does not take you and your medication needs seriously at all. Every time I speak with her, I feel stupid for asking questions or asking for my refill. She has NEVER answered the phone in a way that makes my needs feel important. I have a heart condition, so my medication is unfortunately not just an option, and every single time I have needed more, she has a “wellll, we’ll try our best “ attitude. Debbie and everyone else there is great, and very much makes me feel respected, but this woman has serious customer service issues. If it were just one time, that would be fine, but it’s gotten to

Great, convenient location and amazing staff. But as usual at Publix, watch your wallet. Charged way too much for calcium/vitamin D supplement and another medication. Switching to Walgreens to save some money.

Absolutely the best pharmacy in town. The pill count in each bottle is always spot on. The staff is very friendly! I do wish they wouldn’t close for lunch. Seems they could take turns with lunch break rather than closing completely. But that’s my only concern.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PUBLIX 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 TODAY WAS MY FIRST TIME VISITING THIS PUBLIX. I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT USING PUBLIX FOR MANY YEARS TO FILL MY PRESCRIPTIONS BUT AFTER DEALING WITH SOME OF THE RUDEST PHARMACY STAFF IVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE I WILL BE MOVING ALL OF MY PRESCRIPTIONS FROM THE PUBLIX SYSTEM I WAS PRESCRIBED A MEDICATION THAT WAS NOT COVERED BY MY INSURANCE SO MY DOCTOR REFERRED ME TO ANOTHER FACILITY FOR SERVICES. I WENT IN TODAY TO PICKUP MY MEDICATION ON THE RIDE HOME I NOTICE MY NEEDLE ON MY MEDICATION WAS BROKEN. I STOPPED BY A PUBLIX TO BUY A NEW SYRINGE AND WAS TOLD ALMOST IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT CHECKING MY PROFILE THAT I COULDNT PURCHASE ANY SYRINGES WITHOUT A PRESCRIPTION. I THEN ASKED FOR THE PHARMACIST WHO TALKED TO THE TECHNICIAN FIRST THEN TOOK A FEW STEPS

We ordered subs for dinner while on the road and they never made them because they “didnt have any bread” they could have atleast called us and told us i put my phone number on the order
