Publix Pharmacy at Mt. Zion

I had such a great experience the lady at the front Claudia is always so nice and welcoming. There’s a new guy he doesn’t seem friendly at all but she and another lady made up for it. Thank you Claudia!

Vanessa and Sally are amazing! We had an issue with our prescription being sent over in this system. And they continually reviewed it for us and gave us updates while we waited. They were very nice and then one of the prescriptions for my husband's blood pressure was more than what we were able to pay, and Sally covered the cost for us. Out of the kindness of her heart, you don't get this kind of service regularly, anywhere! It's very much appreciated, and that's why Publix Mount Zion is our pharmacy of choice. My experience at this pharmacy has been pretty disappointing. Most of the staff come off as nonchalant and rude, which makes the whole process unpleasant. However Vanessa is a bright spot-she's always friendly and tries her best to help, despite the less-than-ideal attitude of others. Unfortunately, Tiff always comes off was quite rude and makes condescending remarks when asked about updates on a prescriptions, while people were waiting for their prescriptions. That's unprofessional and disrespectful. Given this, l'd recommend going to the Publix in Eagles Landing, where the service is much better. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience here.

After calling several Publix locations, I eventually made my way to the Publix on Mount Zion. Over the past few days, I had been playing phone tag with Trinity, a catering representative at this location. Between her day off and my own scheduling conflicts, it had been difficult to connect—but today, June 27th, I finally made it in person. Initially, I attempted to work with an employee named Lynn. Although she said she could assist me, her tone, nonverbal cues, and overall demeanor were unwelcoming and, quite frankly, off-putting. Her lack of warmth and professionalism made me uncomfortable, and I had to respectfully walk away from the interaction. I told her, “Never mind—I’ll just find Trinity,” and moved on. The Asian lady pharmacist is the absolute worst! I was totally out of blood pressure medication, it was Sunday, I was dealing with an eye bleed and I was going on a cruise the next day. I was told they can only give me 3 pills! I called, begged, explained. No concern. She called me back to suggest I go to urgent care. I spent my entire day there and was able to get a prescription 30 minutes before the pharmacy closed! Good thing I had the $45 co pay and $20 for the pills! This same pharmacist wouldn't exchange my needles that I use and my doctor made a mistake. Just totally unkind, uncaring! I came back and the very kind pharmacist just gave me the correct size. She needs a class on compassion!
