The person who helped us (I’m like 97% sure her name was Madi) was so helpful! She looked up discount codes for us that were better than the GoodRx codes I had! So kind and was filled very fast! Thank you!

A big shout out and thank you to Andre and the team at the Publix Riverwood pharmacy. They really went the extra mile in helping me get the best price for my prescription. Not only that - they did it without me having to ask them. They looked at my prescription history, called the doctor and saved me over $300! They were very fast filling the meds too! I have used this pharmacy for years and I have never had to deal with an issue as bad as this. I apologize in advance but they have denied me my medication that my doctor called in and now I am very ill, I don’t wish this on anyone. My pain medication is take as needed. I have had several surgeries and accidents racing through my life and I work full time. I have several bones broken and degenerative bone disease, LSS, I hurt all the time. I hate being on these drugs because once you start you are dependent. And a day without them makes life very difficult and this is something that is very serious to one’s life. I noticed I was going to be out of my meds early this month due to overworking lots of weekends. My doc keeps close tabs on his patients, I had text him and knew he was going out

Everyone I've had the pleasure of meeting in the Riverwood location is very friendly. I have switched all of my prescriptions to them a long time ago due to the sweet helpful techs. My three favorites are Susan, Marty and Alexia.

My family recently had to change pharmacies because our insurance company stopped participating with CVS. We chose Publix and I'm glad we did. The pharmacist and staff are very nice and informative, I don't have to wait very long when I drop off a prescription, and the store itself is a very nice one to begin with. Also, Publix pharmacy in general is a good place to go if you do not have health coverage. Many common antibiotics and other medicines can be filled free of charge if you don't have insurance. Highly recommend.
