I’m so grateful a coworker referred me to Push Muscular Recovery! From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The space is adorable and welcoming—the lights were dimmed, the music was soft, and the table was perfectly warm, creating such a relaxing atmosphere. Linda took the time to really understand what I was hoping to get out of the session and approached everything with true professionalism. She followed my lead with conversation, which I really appreciated, allowing me to fully relax. I hadn’t been able to externally rotate my left arm since tearing a tendon nine months ago. By the end of the session, I could reach around my back without any pain—something I honestly didn’t think was possible yet. The improvement was incredible. I will definitely be coming back!

This is my second time here and it was amazing the deep tissue and cupping massage Ive got by Ry. My muscle are super tense from the work industry I'm in. I had a few minutes consulting to understand my pain. It helped so much!! Will be back to see Ry.
