Excellent service. Nurse Practitioner was extremely gentle with my shingles final shot. Pharmacist is exceptional at helping me out. Great little gift shop as well.

Excellent service, very friendly. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I live downtown, so I'm a regular here. Always friendly staff, who have gone over and above for me. Huge shout out to the pharmacist (i believe) who took the time to listen to my signs/symptoms regarding my eye and recommended a certain eye drop. I almost bought the wrong one, but he really helped me buy a medicine that is improving the condition of my eye :) normally I don't post reviews however I definitely felt like a priority in my time of need

5 staff followed and watched me very very strategically, I knew being visibly Indigenous would make them. I get people steal but I don't myself and quit frankly they made me leave because of the stalking in the store. Terrible experience, I really think they are racially profiling people and that's not okay. If you're worried about people stealing thats fine to keep an eye out but to have 5 staff all at once follow and approach and watch every single move is highly problematic.

Amelia was a huge help, I believe that’s her name she works during the day. I was in town from southern Ontario, and during the cooler weather especially up north my asthma is ridiculously bad.. I realized when I got to town I packed an old inhaler that was meant to be thrown out prior , leaving my brand new one back at home. I was concerned because it was a Friday afternoon, there was no walk ins open to write me a prescription , and my pharmacy back home refused to transfer because I had no refills left, I have no idea what Amelia did but she went above and beyond ..needless to say she got the job done , and I was able to get an inhaler ready for me in under an hour and a half after speaking to her. This amazing woman deserves a raise , and a 3 week vacation. Southern Ontario pharmacis
